For swimmers who continue to refine their competitive stroke technique, develop their fitness and learn the finer points of training sets. Swimmers attend meets inside and outside of the local area and are typically aiming to improve both technique and times. Swimmers generally aim for District and Country Victoria representation. Coaching sessions are held on Monday afternoons, Tuesday mornings, Wednesday afternoons and Friday mornings. Swimmers swim 3 or 4 sessions each week.

Most suited to swimmers who are focusing on competitive swimming with Country, State or National qualifying times in focus. Coaching sessions are held on Monday afternoons, Tuesday mornings, Wednesday afternoons and Friday mornings. Swimmers swim 3 or 4 sessions each week and typically complete 1 or 2 additional gym/strength and conditioning sessions in their own time.
